A programme for readable hospitality evidence
The course moves from basic AI interpretation to careful source reading. You learn how ChatGPT may identify an Italian hospitality business, classify it, locate it, quote or blur its promises, confuse similar properties, and miss updates. Each step stays close to public pages, listings, reviews, addresses, categories, and dates, so the work remains practical for small hospitality teams.
By the end of the course, you will be able to read a ChatGPT answer about your property and separate its working parts: identity, category, location, source trail, and unsupported claims. You will know how to inspect your website, booking pages, review profiles, local listings, About page, service pages, location signals, and change notices for evidence that helps or confuses the answer. You will also leave with a repeatable prompt routine for checking whether ChatGPT still understands the property correctly when amenities, ownership, descriptions, nearby landmarks, or public listings change.
The programme begins with what ChatGPT does when it is asked about an Italian business. From there, we inspect the answer piece by piece: first identity and category, then sources and pages, then location, reviews, language differences, recency, branch separation, and maintenance. The lecture order is deliberate, because each later problem is easier to read once the four rooms are familiar.
No technical AI knowledge is required. You should have access to your property website, public listings, review profiles, booking pages, and the ability to edit or request edits to core business pages. It also helps to keep a few common guest questions nearby, because those questions often reveal how the property is understood outside your own head.
Learn to audit the answer before changing the page.
The course gives you a slow, repeatable way to connect AI wording with public evidence.
